Over the years a number of our staff have successfully moved their way up through the organisation. As proof of this, some of our career success stories have been provided below.
Daniel Bayne
Daniel commenced employment with Marsh Civil: May 2007
Daniel commenced in the role of: Site Manager
Since commencement Daniel has progressed through the following positions:
- Site Manager
- Resource Allocation Manager
- Project Manager in training
Daniel is continuing his training and brings his considerable site experience to the role.
Andre Smith
Andre commenced employment with Marsh: 26th June 1989
Andre Commenced in the role of: Drainer
Since commencement Andre has moved through the following positions:
- Drainer
- Truck Driver
- Heavy Duty Mechanic
To help Andre achieve his career goals the following Training was provided:
- PVC Pipe Laying
- Alinta Gas Common Trenching
- CCF Nationally Assessed OHS Plant Operator
- CCF OHS Induction Training Course
- AMA New Apprenticeships Centre: Engineering Tradesperson (Mechanical)
Andre is currently employed as a Heavy Duty Mechanic. His Primary Functions are to carry out repairs, maintenance and testing of heavy plant and vehicles, other engines and related mechanical components under the guidance of the Workshop Manager.
