Byford By The Scarp

Construction commenced on Stage 1 of this project in September 2004, subsequent stages of the development have been continuously progressing since. Located on the South West Highway south of the Byford Townsite this subdivision was one of the first high density subdivisions in the area. 

The initial stage of the project involved the installation of water and communications from the existing town-site to the subdivision and the construction of an entry statement off the Highway. A lake within the POS was constructed and is the main focal point of the entry to this top class development.

Marsh Civil has taken care to ensure the surrounding nature reserves have been kept pristine throughout all of the works which has minimised the environmental impact of this expansion. Utilizing high quality components and Civil Engineering best practices will ensure that the hard work gone into making Byford by the Scarp a great place to live will be enjoyed by all residents for a long time.
