Earthworks
Equis Lake
The Equis Lake estate is located in the picturesque Upperswan region; just north-east of the Vines. Marsh Civil commenced this project in January 2010 and the works were completed in October the same year.
The Grove Estate (Stage 8)
Marsh Civil successfully tendered and was awarded this project in the heart of Tapping. The project presented many site challenges ranging from the extensive bulk earthworks involving peat wet ground and also the installation of a subsoil drainage system to disperse the groundwater present across the site.
The Walk
The Walk is located in the booming Aubin Grove area in the southern corridor, Marsh Civil has been constructing consecutive stages of this estate since its inception. The initial stages involved cut to fill of 150,000m3 and the installation of essential services along existing Lyon Road including reconstruction of this busy thoroughfare. The retention of the existing pine trees were a feature of the public open space within the first stage.
Placid Waters
Located in the Mandurah suburb of Coondanup, Marsh Civil has been continually developing this estate for our client for a number of years. The main aspect of the development is the proactive approach that the client, consultant and contractor takes in the preservation of the tuart trees located within the development. Consideration is taken into account within the design stage to avoid the disturbance to these trees with underground services installed utilising trenchless techniques where required.
