Equis Lake

The Equis Lake estate is located in the picturesque Upperswan region; just north-east of the Vines. Marsh Civil commenced this project in January 2010 and the works were completed in October the same year.

The Grove Estate (Stage 8)

Marsh Civil successfully tendered and was awarded this project in the heart of Tapping. The project presented many site challenges ranging from the extensive bulk earthworks involving peat wet ground and also the installation of a subsoil drainage system to disperse the groundwater present across the site.

The Walk

The Walk is located in the booming Aubin Grove area in the southern corridor, Marsh Civil has been constructing consecutive stages of this estate since its inception. The initial stages involved cut to fill of 150,000m3 and the installation of essential services along existing Lyon Road including reconstruction of this busy thoroughfare. The retention of the existing pine trees were a feature of the public open space within the first stage.

Placid Waters

Located in the Mandurah suburb of Coondanup, Marsh Civil has been continually developing this estate for our client for a number of years. The main aspect of the development is the proactive approach that the client, consultant and contractor takes in the preservation of the tuart trees located within the development. Consideration is taken into account within the design stage to avoid the disturbance to these trees with underground services installed utilising trenchless techniques where required.

Perth City East End

A milestone project for Marsh Civil this project was a challenging project and successful delivery of the finished product was imperative. The project was undertaken to increase accessibility to the cities Eastern Precinct. The existing Hay and Murray Streets were upgraded including both verges

South Beach ANI Bradken Site

This highly contentious project has been touted for commencement for some time now. Stockland, our client chose us to partner them in the remediation of this derelict site situated at the southern end of the famous Fremantle café strip. Remediation activities commenced in July 2006 and involved a number of firsts for the civil construction industry in Western Australia, with all remediation works being carried out in strict compliance with the Environmental Management Plan devised for the works.

Kwinana

This project includes site remediation, bulk earthworks, upgrade to existing road, stormwater drainage and 2.3km of water distribution main installation.

Edgewater - Quarry Ramble

MCEC recently completed Lot 573 Quarry Ramble in Edgewater. The project involved the transition of an old quarry into a stylish 25 lot subdivision. This complex project involved rock, a site surrounded by residents, high walls, extensive earthworks and a deep drain cell drainage system.

Byford By The Scarp

Construction commenced on Stage 1 of this project in September 2004, subsequent stages of the development have been continuously progressing since. Located on the South West Highway south of the Byford Townsite this subdivision was one of the first high density subdivisions in the area.

Marsh Civil has been involved in the construction of this development since early 2000.

Guildford Grammar One Campus

This project entails a major revamp of the Guildford Grammar School, comprising earthworks, sewer works, retaining wall, construction of new hockey field, football fields, 14 tennis courts and basketball courts, reconstruction of existing oval including subsoil drainage installation, new roads including main entrance, carparks, road and court lighting, irrigation and landscaping.
