M-Core Services (trading as Marsh Civil) is a privately owned, Western Australian based company providing civil contracting services for mining infrastructure projects, oil & gas infrastructure projects, construction camps, metro & remote area residential & industrial subdivisions, and infrastructure upgrades.
What are we looking for?
We require a full time HSEQ Co-ordinator who is self-motivated and possesses a positive ‘can do ‘approach’.
Reporting to the HSEQ Manager the candidate will be required to assist in the coordination of all aspects of HSEQ matters.
Other responsibilities include:

Ensure the implementation and compliance to HSEQ management systems and procedures within the organisation

Assistance with the development of HSEQ policies, procedures, JHA’s and management plans
-
Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and maintained
-
Provide the HSEQ Manager the necessary support to develop employee HSEQ competencies
-
Investigate all incidents and accidents
-
Contribute to the development of a positive HSEQ culture throughout the business

Ensure all personnel have required licences and tickets
Key requirements:
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
-
Excellent computer skills and intermediate level with MS Office

Current C Class Drivers licence
-
3 Years experience in Civil Contracting and or Mining HSEQ management systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Nationally recognised OHS courses completed
The position will be Perth based, however will be required to visit regional sites as and when required.
