Waterwheel Road

Residents of Churchman Brook Estate were desperate for the extension of the main through fare through the development to be constructed. The construction of this road increased accessibility to this development from Albany Highway to the south and greatly reduced the distance of the estate from the Armadale commercial district.

A key component of this project was the traversing of local creek and the working with clay encountered within the subgrade.
