Earthworks
Eden Green
Undertaken recently for Richard Noble and Associates located in the southern suburb of Hammond Park. The contract was for the bulk earthworks for stages 1, 2 & 3 and required the movement of in excess of 300,000m3 covering 30ha.
Roadworks
Waterwheel Road
Residents of Churchman Brook Estate were desperate for the extension of the main through fare through the development to be constructed. The construction of this road increased accessibility to this development from Albany Highway to the south and greatly reduced the distance of the estate from the Armadale commercial district.
Remediation
Newcastle Street
This project entailed works as part of the Northbridge redevelopment following construction of the Graham Farmer Freeway tunnel.The works included extensive demolition of buildings, both in whole and in part, with most being in close proximity to existing properties, and subsequent remediation of soil including removal and disposal of class 2 contaminated material, screening of uncontrolled fill and the removal of a number of abandoned underground tanks, services and wells.

This project includes site remediation, bulk earthworks, upgrade to existing road, stormwater drainage and 2.3km of water distribution main installation.
